Sublet into Lease
|
If there's anyone out here who's still looking for a place for the summer, I'm trying to sublet my apartment at City Place on fifth Ave and William. 850 a month (negotiable), fully furnished, private bathroom, large kitchen and common areas, two tvs with direct tv, internet included with rent, only water and electricity not included. 5-10 minute walk from school.

Huge 1BR Summer Sublet- Great Deal

I am moving from Ann Arbor and am looking for someone to sublet my place. It will be available May 26 through August 13 when my lease is over. I will be flexible with the dates, depending on your needs. You would have the option to renew the lease in August if you were interested. I am currently paying $960/mo, but you can have it for $750/mo OBO.
This is a large 1 apartment including large bedroom and bathroom, dining area, living room, kitchen, outdoor patio, and laundry room with washer and dryer. NYC Sublet - Perfect for New Grads/Summer Interns
|
Hi! I am looking for someone to either take over my lease (ideally) or sublet my master bedroom with a private attached bathroom in a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom luxury apartment in Tribeca. The apartment is available June 1st through October 31st for $2350/mo (dates are flexible, but would prefer to find someone for the entire time).
The bedroom has a walk-in closet, floor to ceiling windows, and can come furnished or unfurnished (currently fits a queen bed, vanity, bookshelves, and 42-inch TV comfortably). Rent listed does not include utilities or cable (usually run about $100 a month total).
The apartment has beautiful dark wood flooring, marble countertops and flooring in the bathrooms, new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, central heat and A/C controlled by your own thermostat, and a washer/dryer in the unit.
The building has a 24/7 doorman and a full gym. Whole Foods, Barnes and Nobles, and Bed, Bath, and Beyond are also located in the building. There is an Equinox 2 blocks away and a Soul Cycle 1 block away. The building is a block from the West Side Highway and 2 blocks away from the 1,2,3 and A,C, E and the 4,5,6 and N,Q,R is a few blocks further.
I live with two amazing women who are both UM Law grads in their mid-20's and close friends of mine. We all lead very busy lives, but enjoy grabbing dinner and going out for drinks. I am hoping to find someone (female preferred) who is going to be respectful of the apartment and will get along well with my roommates.
