Speakers: Professor Siniša Rodin, Jean Monnet Chair, University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law and Professor Daniel Halberstam, Eric Stein Collegiate Professor of Law; Director, European Legal Studies Program, University of Michigan Law School. Talk Title: "A Conversation between Professors Sinisă Rodin and Daniel Halberstam: Fundamental Rights in the New Member States of the European Union". The International Law Workshop introduces today's most debated issues in international and comparative law. The Workshop is intended for non-specialists; you are encouraged to attend any or all of the sessions. Speakers will generally talk for 25 minutes followed by discussion and questions.
