Speaker: J. Christopher McCrudden, William W. Cook Global Law Professor, University of Michigan Law School; Professor of Human Rights and Equality Law, Queens University Belfast; Visiting Professor, University of Oxford. Talk Title: "Sexual Orientation, Religion, Marriage, and the European Court of Human Rights". The International Law Workshop introduces today's most debated issues in international and comparative law. The Workshop is intended for non-specialists; you are encouraged to attend any or all of the sessions. Speakers will generally talk for 25 minutes followed by discussion and questions.
